This is the funniest thing....Xavier was trying to make "pop" noises by sucking in his bottom lip....then once he made the noise, he cracked himself up. Meanwhile his mummy and daddy were absolutely rolling around with laughter.

A New Fathers Day Tradition

The new Fathers Day tradition is show day!!!!! We had a ball yesterday cruising around the show in daylight hours (a first for us).....Xavier was very stimulated sitting up in his pram. I followed the Yellow Brick Road for the first time and found lots of new things to see....and now have lots of fresh fruit and veg to puree for Xavier. We met up with Arthur, Dorota, Lucas, Veronica and Kaylis and we did some rides together. Xavier was asleep when we were in the kiddie ride section, so he'll have to wait for 2009 for his first show ride.

Hanging out with Zoe

Zoe and Xavier had a playdate whilst their mummies ate yummy restaurant quality chicken salad with roast pumpkin (thanks Ilse!!!).

Swimmer Nappies

Here is Xavier in his first pair of bathers....ready to start his swimming lessons on 20/9.....apparently these things are a nappy....hmmmmm, we'll see how well that works......

Cot Time

Xavier self-settled for the first time on 4/8 - and in his cot no less!!!!

(not including the first few days home from hospital, when all he did was sleep):

Tummy Time

Xavier is trying very hard to lift up when he's on his belly. He get's there in short bursts. He leave's a big dribble puddle on his blanket. He also lifts his bum and ends up rotating around so he's facing 90 degrees to where he started off....like a canoe with one paddle!

Hand & Feet Cast

Thanks so much to the Centofanti's and the Bowman's for the voucher to Itsy Bitsy .... Xavier had this hand and feet cast done when he was 17 days old. We've just picked it up and it's now got pride of place on our wall. We LOVE it!!!! It's not the best photo capture on my behalf - sorry!
